2. Before using the cylinder underwater, test your breath on the surface of the water to make sure the cylinder is functioning properly and you are able to breathe properly.
3. Put on the equipment, hold the gas cylinder, and connect the mask or mouth-biting adjustment machine to the gas cylinder.
4. Start breathing, and pay attention to controlling the breathing rhythm and depth to ensure sufficient air supply and safety.
